o The Buyer places an order for the Products listed on our website by completing the checkout process.
o A confirmation of the order will be sent to the Buyer’s email address provided during the checkout.
3. Purchase Price and Additional Costs:
o The total purchase price will be detailed at checkout, including any applicable taxes and shipping costs.

Shipping and Delivery

1. Terms of Delivery: All goods are shipped under CNF (Cost and Freight) terms. The Buyer is responsible for the risk of loss or damage during transit. We recommend purchasing insurance through the carrier.
2. Shipping Schedule and Address Accuracy: We ship products from Monday to Saturday during regular office hours. Please ensure the shipping address is accurate to avoid delivery issues and additional charges for address corrections or re-delivery attempts.
3. Inspection of Goods: Upon receipt, the Buyer is obligated to inspect the products immediately for any defects or discrepancies. Any issues must be reported to the Seller in writing within three days of delivery. Failure to report within this timeframe will result in acceptance of the goods as is.

Warranties and Returns

1. Product Warranties: The warranty conditions for new and surplus items are specified on the product pages. Used items are sold as-is, without warranty, unless otherwise specified before purchase.

Liabilities and Disclaimers
