  • ⁠Returns are accepted for manufacturing defects, damages during transit, or if the received item is different from what was ordered.


Initiating a Return:

  • ⁠To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team through our Return center within the 15-day return period.
  • ⁠Clearly state the reason for the return and provide any relevant details or images.


Return Process:

  1. ⁠Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with return instructions, including the return shipping address.
  2. ⁠Pack the item securely in its original packaging along with any accessories and documentation that were included with the original shipment.
  3. ⁠Ship the item back to us using a trackable and insured shipping method.


Refund/Replacement:

  • ⁠Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it for eligibility.
  • ⁠If the return is approved, you will be issued a refund to the original payment method or a replacement, as per your preference.
  • Refunds may take several business days to reflect in your account.
    Exclusions:
  • Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage.
